Nabil Badr

Dr. Nabil Georges Badr is an international leader driving top-level execution focused on long-term value creation and revenue growth. His 30+ years in IT/ICT includes senior enterprise leadership positions, with C-Suite financial value advisement, from Industry leaders as Chase/Washington Mutual, Kaiser Permanente, and Bank of America/Countrywide Home loans.

He founded several successful startups, specializing in B2B/B2C digital innovation, BI, big data, advanced analytics, & AI.

He holds a Ph.D. in Business Admin. from Grenoble Graduate School of Business, Masters Engineering from Calif. State Univ., and Certificate of Research from Grenoble Ecole de Management.

Jennifer Palladino

Jennifer is a sales leader with over ten years of Enterprise Software sales experience, having sold CRM, Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW) and Advanced Analytics solutions to large enterprises.

Jennifer is also the founder of GeniosityNow, a consulting service for corporate executive leadership, helping them to attain their business objectives. Her consultative approach is very effective in enabling her clients to unlock hidden business value.

Currently, as VP-Sales, Jennifer is responsible for direct sales to SMB and Enterprise clients, helping B2B sales teams gain access to senior executives to drive new opportunities. She holds a BA from California State University and is an International Coach Academy certified business coach.

His expertise spans SaaS, MarTec, CMO advisement, advanced analytics, AI, Big Data to IoT.

His career revenue of $245M includes $3.4B in identified client value, raised venture capital, holds two patents and an invited C-Suite Network & Advisor. Holds a BA from the SUNY in business and sales.

James Gerber
James GerberDirector Financial Business Analysis
James has led finance at the highest levels of the military, government, and business. He managed $17B+ budgets including qualitative and quantitative analysis. He was the Sr. Budget Analyst and Programmer for Marine Corps managing $12 billion, worked at the Office of Budget and U.S. Dept. of the Interior responsible for 17 bureaus representing $17.5 billion. Earlier lead a Schedule and Cost Analysis Team of a $1.5 billion DOD program.

He holds a BA of Arts in Chinese from Washington State University and a Master of Science in Management from the Naval Postgraduate School.
